About the Return Process

In the sales made through our Internet Store (with distance contracts), the consumers have the right to reject the goods and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason.

The consumer must use his right of withdrawal or return the product he has purchased as a result of the decision of the relevant arbitral tribunal/court, to Mia Utopia with Sürat Cargo with which Mia Utopia has an agreement. In case the returned product is sent with the contracted cargo company, the expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal or the return of the product shall belong to Mia Utopia. In case of product return shipping other than the courier company with which Mia Utopia has a contract, the return shipping costs will be borne by the CONSUMER.

The product to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. The product must be unused. Returns are made with the original box or packaging. The original box, packaging must be damaged (products with shipping labels attached and duct tape are not acceptable) must not have lost their salability feature for return. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

• The return period of the product purchased online is 14 days.

How long is the changeover time?
• The change period for products is 10 days.

My return period has expired, how can I proceed?
• You can change the product at any time during the period specified in the exchange period, or you can get Mia Utopia shopping vouchers equal to the price of the product.

What kind of way should be followed for the defective product?
• Defective Product: These are production and product-related situations that prevent the product from fulfilling its purpose of use and the main functions specified in the product information.

How can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
• If you want to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can cancel it from the “Order detail” section of the “My Orders” section of your subscription.
• The order cancellation process is valid for orders that are in the “Order Received” status, and cannot be canceled if your order is in the “Preparing” status.
• After the cargo reaches you, you can fill in the return form from membership and send it for return.

How can I send the product for exchange/return?

What are the things to do and pay attention to when returning the product?
• The return of the product you purchased is systematically completed with the calculation of the campaign or promotion.

How to return the orders placed with the corporate invoice option?

What is the refund period for returns?

In How Many Days Will My Refund Be Received On My Card?
After your returned products reach us, your products are inspected in order of processing following the acceptance process. Your return amount will be paid to you within 3 working days after we receive your returned products. The refund of your return will be refunded according to the payment method (Advance / installment) you made when ordering on our site. Since the returns are made by automatic systems, the refund results according to the payment type of the order you have created in the system. If the installment payment method is used in the orders, the return is in installments; Even if the cash payment method is used, the refund is refunded to the card in advance.

Can my refund be made to a different bank account or credit card?
• Refunds are made through banks’ online payment systems. Due to bank restrictions, refunds are only made in accordance with the card, account and payment type used for payment.

If the packaging of the product is damaged, can I still return it?
• If the packaging of the returned product is damaged by the user and therefore the product’s ability to be resold at full price is lost, a 60% fee deduction is applied during the return process and the return is made with the missing price accordingly.

The product was damaged from the cargo, what should I do in this case?

• You can send the products with Sürat Cargo in all return transactions made in accordance with the return procedure.
• For shipments you make with companies other than Sürat Cargo, the shipping cost must be covered by you, otherwise the counter-paid shipment will not be received.
